Terms of Service

Microincome account types, tasks, payment responsibilities, and platform rules.

Operator and agreement

Microincome.in is a work marketplace operated by Dizimint Innovatives (OPC) Private Limited. These terms govern use of the website and enabled account services. Read the linked payment, privacy, safety, and conduct policies before registering or committing funds. If you cannot lawfully accept these terms, do not create an account or place an order.

Eligibility and permitted use

Accounts are for people aged 18 or above who can enter a valid agreement, and for authorised representatives of businesses using Employer accounts. Use Microincome only for lawful work. An account, verification badge, ranking, or displayed earning example does not guarantee a job, employment relationship, income, or business outcome.

Account type and account security

Choose Freelancer or Employer during signup. Freelancers perform work and use the Freelancer dashboard; Employers provide and fund work and use the Employer dashboard. These are fixed user types, not custom permission roles. Only an authorised administrator can change an account’s type. Internal administrators use the separate admin role system.

Keep your profile accurate, use credentials you control, secure your account, and report suspected access promptly. Do not share, sell, or operate another person’s account. Verification and a user-type change do not wipe legitimate historical tasks, submissions, or wallet records.

Tasks, proof, and fair reviews

Employers must describe the work, reward, worker slots, proof requirements, and applicable deadline truthfully and fund the required budget. Freelancers must perform the stated work and submit their own truthful evidence. Do not change the requirements after work has been accepted to avoid payment. Reject only for a documented failure to meet the posted terms; ask support to review a genuine disagreement.

Content, prohibited conduct, and licences

Keep the rights needed to upload instructions, screenshots, reviews, and other material. Do not submit illegal content, stolen work, manipulated proof, deceptive public reviews, malware, discriminatory material, or credentials belonging to others. The Prohibited Activities policy gives detailed examples.

Microincome and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, and platform materials. You retain your rights in your own uploads and grant the permissions necessary to host, display, review, and process them for the service. Rights in an Employer’s commissioned deliverable depend on the recorded task terms and applicable law; confidential material is not licensed for unrelated public promotion.

Privacy and public information

The Privacy Policy explains account data, public profiles, proof, verification, payment details, and platform security records. A public profile can show the saved account type, activity, reviews, and permitted totals. Verification documents, bank details, and Employer tax fields are not public profile information.

Rewards, funding, and payment providers

Confirm amounts and fees before depositing, funding a task, purchasing a promotion, or withdrawing. Employer deposits and reserved budgets serve task creation; Freelancer earnings are settled through the eligible withdrawal workflow. Use only enabled payment channels and methods you are authorised to use. Provider terms and necessary verification can apply. Read the Payment Policies and Fees & Charges.

No guaranteed earnings or professional advice

Availability, skill, task requirements, valid proof, and approval affect earnings. Examples, demonstrations, leaderboards, testimonials, and promotions are not promises of a particular return. Microincome is not an investment product, a bank, or a source of individual legal, tax, financial, or career advice. See the Disclaimer.

Service limits and liability

Maintenance, external services, and security reviews can affect availability. To the extent the law permits, Microincome is not responsible for remote or indirect losses caused by another user or an external service beyond its control. No clause excludes liability, a consumer remedy, or another obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a remedy for Microincome’s own proven breach where applicable.

Changes and notification

We will publish revisions here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate platform notice. Changes to a price or fee apply to future confirmations; an already funded task remains subject to its recorded requirements and applicable law.

Restriction, closure, and remaining obligations

We may remove prohibited material or restrict an account for a credible security concern, legal requirement, or violation. When appropriate, we will explain the reason and the support route for review. Closing an account does not remove outstanding payment, work, record-retention, or dispute obligations. Legitimate balances are handled under the payment policies rather than automatically forfeited merely because access ends.

Applicable law and resolving complaints

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a user or transaction. Seek support first when practical and preserve the relevant evidence. This does not waive access to a competent court, consumer forum, regulator, payment-provider dispute process, or another remedy provided by law.
