Use the quote for your transaction
Microincome’s current account controls and final confirmation screen determine the amount, currency, fee, rate, and limits for an enabled transaction. Rates can be configured by the platform and payment method; an account-specific limit may also apply. Check the live quote each time you confirm a transaction.
Task rewards and Employer budgets
An Employer funds the stated worker reward multiplied by the worker slots, plus any optional promotion quoted by the task controls. A draft does not reserve the task budget. The current approval workflow credits the stated work reward to the Freelancer; a future separately applicable fee must be disclosed by its confirmation process.
Deposits and payment processing
An enabled payment channel can set deposit limits and fixed or percentage processing charges. The quote distinguishes the amount to be credited from the amount paid to the provider. Confirm the selected currency and any provider charge before paying; verified settlement or instructed manual review is required before credit.
Boosts and featured placement
Optional promotions have a quoted price and duration. Review those settings before submitting the funded task or purchasing the promotion. Payment buys the described exposure, not a promise of worker participation, sales, or a particular rank. Read the Refund Policy for failed service or payment errors.
Withdrawals and other enabled services
The Freelancer bank-withdrawal preview shows the applicable fee, recipient amount, currency/rate, and total wallet deduction. Account and method minimums both apply, with any configured maximum. Other services, such as an enabled contract flow, may have their own quoted charge. Do not assume a wallet-transfer feature exists for normal accounts because it is mentioned in another service’s policy.
Tax information and records
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate advice about their own tax and business obligations. Any tax applied by the platform or provider should be identified in the relevant confirmation or record. Employer GST/PAN profile fields are optional; saving them does not verify a certificate or establish a tax treatment. Preserve transaction statements and references for your records.
Fee changes, errors, and help
We will publish revisions here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate platform notice. Changes to a price or fee apply to future confirmations; an already funded task remains subject to its recorded requirements and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy removes a right, refund, remedy, or complaint process that applicable law makes mandatory. A platform review does not prevent you from contacting a payment provider, regulator, consumer authority, or competent court.
